Professional and compassionate with our kiddos Our 11 year old needed 4 pre-molars pulled. He is inquisitive and had lots of questions. Dr. Sullivan and Kelsey answered his questions and their kindness and tenderness helped put his anxiety at ease. Our 5 year old had a cavity filled. Their kindness to him put him at ease and Dr. Sullivan was able to quickly fill his little cavity. I’m thankful for a compassionate dentist who I can trust to do a great job with my kiddos both professionally as well as tenderly walk them through a process of extractions or fillings.

Pediatric Dentistry of Mansfield is going to be our new home for my 9 year daughter. We had a great consultation/visit with Dr. Menou and my daughter is excited to come back. The entire staff was amazing and provided much comfort. Great customer service!!! Everyone was very understanding and helpful (allowed me to explain back history and we didn't feel rushed). Took time to tour us through facility. Dr. Menou was great with my kiddo. Made her feel comfortable and she is actually looking forward to her 2 filings in December. It was a huge relief working with a staff that really does care.

Angela and Dr. Sullivan are amazing! Everything was lovely! I was worried about how my 3-year-old would do at the dentist, and sure enough, she refused to let any tools come near her mouth. We were referred to Dr. Sullivan, and I'm so glad! My daughter waited patiently in the fun waiting room, had fun with the amazing hygienist, and sat still while Dr. Sullivan looked her over. If you have a squirrely kid like mine who can't yet handle going to your regular dentist, go here! They know exactly how to balance having fun and staying healthy, and they are so patient and kind.

Dr. Sullivan was able to take care of several difficult fillings on my toddler. We consulted with her seeking a second opinion after getting a very aggressive treatment plan from another pediatric specialist. Dr. Sullivan went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly while keeping treatment on my little guy as minimal as necessary. I was, of course, slightly nervous about the prospect of sedation on my toddler, but the team here was amazing and my little guy had no idea he had even been asleep. We were very well taken care of at every step of the way.

It was my 4 year old’s very first dentist visit. She was nervous and scared. The moment we walked in, there was a Santa with Rudolph that immediately made my daughter excited. There were books and games to play with while we waited. Our hygenist was Beth who was absolutely amazing. She introduced all the ‘scary’ tools to my daughter to put her at ease. We were a little disappointed to see that the office was running about 15 minutes late but once seen we understood why. Dr. Wright took his time and let my 3 year old explore and get comfortable before starting anything. He did not rush her or make her feel any pressure which was a huge change from the previous dentist.

We experienced excellent service from setting up to the appointment to checking out and setting up our next appointment. The environment was calm and relaxing, all staff to include Dr. Sullivan were wonderful and took the time to listen to questions or stories from us, the cleaning and exam were a wonderful experience for the kids as well, we appreciated the time Dr. Sullivan took to educate us on the X-rays that were taken, our assistant even reviewed proper brushing techniques . We honestly felt like family!

I don't remember the name of our dental hygienist but she was thin and tall with long blond hair. Anyway, she was SUPER nice and very engaging with my two year old daughter. Seriously, she made the visit fun for her and gave her choices on flavor of toothpaste, color of tooth brush, prize machine, etc. All of these things make a HUGE difference in a child's experience, especially when the dentists office can be a scary place (even for at adults!) :) All staff was very friendly.

Dr Sullivan did an awesome job with my son. This was his second visit to the dentist (he is 4). He did not want to be there and was crying most of the time. But the dentist was able to calm his fears and anxieties by showing my son her tools, letting him “help” with typing numbers on the computer, and taking him through the process of what a Dentist does. She was so patient and kind with my son. It could have been a HORRIBLE experience, but she helped minimize his fears.

Our 'special helper' was a woman named Marlene. She was absolutely phenomenal. It was our first time and after having terrible dental experiences in other offices, I was shocked at how well my daughters responded to everyone here. We enjoyed our visit with Dr. Sullivan. The dental hygienist was the nicest we have experienced so far and helped Lucy feel comfortable. This was our first experience without a private room and it was very enjoyable. Our wait times were just what we hoped and I was very thankful that Dr. Sullivan does not rush the decision to fill cavities (small ones that are becoming cavities) in very young kids due to the anesthesia. She gave us sound advice on how to correct a problem and prevent decay. We are very pleased with this dentist office! The staff at the front desk is always very kind and attentive too!

My daughter is 15 months old and she had her wellness appointment and shots right before coming to her first dental appointment (I know bad mom award.) Dr. Wright and his assistants were absolutely amazing. They understood what I was going through as a parent with a baby that still nurses through the night, and has a history of reflux. They didn't judge me for only brushing her teeth once a day, or letting her nurse at night. They simply thoroughly looked at each one of those little baby teeth, reassured me that I was doing a good job as a mom, and comforted my anxious babe. We may have a few more visits (because she nurses at night) to ensure that those teeth grow healthy and strong like I pray they do! Need a dentist that understands... go here!

I really wish I could remember the name of the girl that helped calm my son down during his moment of impatience. He was upset by his sister leaving the room to go wait in the waiting area. So of course that started a non stop crying event. One girl walked in the room and distracted him with a yellow dog and toothbrush. She played and talked with him. My son loved her and stopped crying and it was a breeze from there. No words can describe how grateful I was for her on Tuesday morning. Dr. Sullivan offered valuable suggestions and alternatives to proper caring for my child's teeth and for the procedure scheduled. After the examination, we were directed to a nice staff member who explained the scheduled procedure in detail. She was also very interactive with my child and was not bothered a bit by the interruptions. I was 100% pleased with the service and the experience we had and wouldn't change a thing! My daughter's first trip to the dentist went very well! It was a great & smooth experience for her and myself. I recommend Dr. Wright for your children. He and the staff were very patient and took all the time to answer any questions I might have had. We look forward to our next visit.

We love this place and both dentist have been amazing to our children since we started coming here when they were 2 yrs & 3 yrs. Our son has special needs and they've made his visits as comfortable and welcoming beyond words! It's too bad we have moved and hope we find such great dentist out here! I highly recommend them.

Such a happy and inviting environment for children. Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Wright are amazing. The staff is friendly and makes the child feel happy to be there. My 3 year old loves going to the "teeth doctor." I fully recommend them to everyone. Wish they saw adults. :)

Dr. Sullivan has a unique way to approach my son who always looks forward to his dental appointment. I don't remember having a pleasant dental visit when I was a kid. Way to go, Doc.

Very satisfied with the people providing care to my children. They're knowledgeable, explain everything, and are very friendly to me and to my children. The kids love coming here, because after their appointment they get to pick a little toy. Would highly recommend this dentist to other people.

Dr. Danny and staff are wonderful. My son actually likes going to see Dr. Danny and says he isn't scared to go. They were even nice when on our first visit the pictures got knocked off the wall because he was so scared. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

We just got finished at our first visit with Dr. Sullivan. My boys are six and eight years of age and have had horrible experiences in the past. Dr. Sullivan and her staff were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me and my children. My boys enjoyed playing the video games and watching a movie while waiting for their appointments. Thanks for your dedication and hard work! Appreciative Mommy :)

We had such a wonderful experience in your office Monday 11/5/12. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sullivan took the time to show my daughters and I the results and provided excellent ideas and feedback. We felt very comfortable from the second we walked into the office. We were seen promptly and were even accommodated on my request to change the appointment to work with our work and school hours. I am so impressed and satisfied! This dental office is 100% catered around putting your child at ease during dental visits. They are patient and explain every step to the children (and parent)! Dr. Sullivan even sang to my child to put him at ease! And Dr. Wright wore a puppy mask! So glad I found this office. Highly recommended!

I love to go to my dentist! They have always been caring and gentle. Explain what they are going to be doing. When my cousin had a really bad experience at another dentist we sent her here. The whole bad experience was turned around and she now loves her dentist too.

If all dentist were like this, children would never be afraid to go to the dentist. The staff talked to my daughter through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. I would highly recommend!

As a mother, it is very important to me that my children do not dread going to the dentist as I did when I was a child. Dr. Sullivan and her staff take a soft approach to treatment and thoroughly explain the need for treatment. My son had major dental work done before at age 5 and extensive x-rays as well. Only now, at age 9 and after seeing Dr. Sullivan, are we aware that he was born without 2 upper adult incisors. I am confident that I have found our family's only pediatric dentist! Thanks to Dr. Sullivan and her staff!!
