I consider it a privilege to work with kids and be a part of their healthcare in a very important way. I have found that many adults fear (and then sometimes avoid) the dentist based around experiences when they were young and struggle to get past those fears for life. I like to think that if I can be a positive part of these early experiences and focus on making things safe, fun, and friendly, hopefully we can help create an entire generation of people who don't fear the dentist!
I chose a career in healthcare to improve lives by serving as a trusted resource and encouraging partner in oral health. There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing a patient say they were actually looking forward to their dental visit—it’s the best part of my day!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from LSU and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU Health Sciences in New Orleans. Following dental school, I completed a pediatric residency at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta and am proud to be board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
I grew up in South Louisiana and have been proud to call North Texas home since 2019, where I live with my wife, our son, and our dog. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, doing yardwork, playing golf, and watching football and hockey with my family.
